Chef Lucas Becker has embarked in a food journey 17 years ago, travelling the world and finally settling in Byron Bay in 2013. He is passionate about cooking with the finest local produce and connecting people through memorable food experiences.

  Lucas was incredibly professional - the seafood was exceptional. He saved us from an aggressive scallop loving kookaburra and deserves nothing less than 5 stars for the brilliant culinary experience. He created dishes that were both visually stunning and delicious. What truly set the experience apart was Lucas’s innovative use of local flavours.   We had Lucas attend our Leadership Team Offsite in Byron Bay. There were 8 of us to cook for and from the very beginning Lucas was quick to reply to emails, and made an incredible menu that was able to be tailored to a few tricky dietary requirements. On the day of arrival Lucas was super early and prepared, he even brought with him a speaker as the air bnb we were staying at didn't have one. He was such a pleasure to have in the kitchen and everyone loved him and the food was INCREDIBLE! Super fresh ingredients, big portion sizes and each dish was amazing. I can't recommend him highly enough for your next event or special occasion. Thank you so much Lucas!!!

  I hired Lucas for my husband's 40th birthday dinner.  He was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions I had. The food was absolutely amazing. It looked stunning on the plate and everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! He left our kitchen sparkling clean. I would highly recommend Lucas if you're looking for a brilliant chef and we will definitely be getting him back to cook for us in the future.

  Thankyou so much for catering my daughter Chelsea's wedding on Saturday in Lennox.  The food you cooked for us was AMAZING!! The kingfish ceviche was so fresh and I have never had such juicy sea scallops in my life!  We love the food from beginning to end and your friendly service was much appreciated The beef ribs and hasselback potatoes were so good. But for me the cookie dough cheesecake was my favourite !! so delicious.  Thanks again for making our evening so wonderful.  Chelsea and Nathan enjoyed their wedding so much thanks to you!!
