My cooking journey started back in 2006. Iโve worked at some of the busiest cafes and restaurants in Sydney and Byron Bay. In this journey Iโve coached hundreds of chefs and kitchen staff on how to perform at their best, implement systems and manage kitchen operations.
In 2022, I founded Byron Bay Chef to offer a memorable private chef experience, cooking at intimate gatherings and helping busy families with weekly meal prep.
When I started to create cooking content, I realised how so many people want to cook more and eat healthier but they are either too busy, think that cooking takes too long or that it is not worth cooking for only 1-2 people.
My mission is to help you cook delicious healthy meals, without spending all day in the kitchen. Even if you have never cooked before.
